Senior Operations Executive
The senior operations executive ensures that all funeral parlours are well maintained and and are ready to for use at short notice.
The operations executive also has to manage reservations for the funeral parlours.

Columbarium Advisor
As a Columbarium Advisor, you will guide families in selecting suitable columbarium niches for their loved ones, conduct respectful niche viewings, and respond to enquiries from walk ins, phone calls, and online channels with professionalism and compassion.
The Advisor will also build relationships with industry partners, coordinate bookings and sales, ensure all records are accurately maintained, and deliver an exceptional experience for every family throughout their journey.

Funeral Advisor
As a Funeral Advisor, you will guide families through the funeral arrangement process with compassion and professionalism, helping them select services that best honour their loved one's wishes and cultural or religious traditions. You will respond to enquiries from walk ins, phone calls, and online channels, providing timely support and clear guidance during a difficult time.
You will also coordinate funeral arrangements with internal teams and service partners, ensure all documentation and bookings are accurately managed, and deliver a seamless, respectful experience for every family throughout their journey.
